hela Sverige As a Product Manager within the Parts Offering function you will be responsible for managing your assigned products within Sales Region EMEA. The product portfolio consist of Spare Parts, Wear Parts and Accessories to our Volvo Construction Equipment machines (e.g. Oils, filters, Remanufactured components, Tooth program...)
A large part of the job will be to support and commercially train EMEA dealers in implementing Volvo CE product offerings and processes. In close cooperation with the regional hubs you will also be responsible to propose commercial activities to increase sales and closely follow up/report on the performance of the products
Key Responsibilities:
• Roll out Parts offering product portfolio to the Sales Region EMEA dealer network
• Perform aftermarket commercial training to dealer network
• Work closely with dealers, customers and internal/external parties to identify new ideas and trends in the area of Aftermarket products.
• Identify, communicate and make use of best practices
• Support EMEA dealers in their implementation of marketing programs to their sub dealers and customers
• Follow up sales progress and report applicable KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Support and participate at exhibitions and events within Sales Region EMEA
• Provide market input to Global Aftermarket functions
• Take the Sales Region EMEA lead in global and regional projects in the area of Part Offering products
• Determine and implement action plan for the product offerings
• Challenge and support promotional activities together with hubs to increase sales volumes and market share
• Together with the regional pricing specialists, decide on price structures for your assigned products.
• Commercially drive, develop and support Volvo CE Parts Offering portfolio

Key Skills:
• Technical and/or commercial competence
• Experience in a customer facing environment, ideally in the construction equipment industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Self-assured and motivated
Required knowledge & experience:
1.Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
• Technical and/or commercial education, preferably at degree level or equivalent work experiences
• Experience in working in an international environment
• Aftermarket experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
2.Additional Important Requirements:
• Appropriate additional language skills
