FactoryPlace client - For Volvo Group, a globally standardized client service for factory/production use. The main purpose is to help securing and standardizing customers production environment.
The Product Manager is main responsible for the product, it's development, quality, economy and life cycle planning, as well as the delivery and support of it. The product might very well consist of different components, in terms of functions, features and sub products. This role can have delegated functional responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:
• Being responsible for the functionality, quality and life cycle planning of the product
• Product planning and development in line with Volvo IT strategically plans, business requirements and technology changes
• Establish and maintain a product team
• Maintenance and 2nd level support according to the VISITS process
• Initiating product development activities
• Supply information and documentation about the product
• Provide education, training and installation routines and work processes
• Participating in calculation and planning of development and operation activities
• Propose changes which make the product more efficient and/or reduce operation or maintenance costs
Who are you?
• We are looking for a person who has broad knowledge IT knowledge within the manufacturing domain and has good proven technical skills in Windows Client.
• You are costumer focused, driven and have good proven leadership skills and good communication skills. You have the ability to work both as part of a team and doing independent work. Furthermore you have academic qualifications within relevant field of expertise and excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and English.
