Job Description

Are you an experienced Product Manager with a passion for delivering outstanding business results? Do you have what it takes to lead the development, improvement, and scalability of modern MarTech solutions? If your answer is yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join the Audience Data Platforms product team and lead the continuous development and management of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) solution and audience targeting and segmentation capabilities. Your team's mission is to provide modern and relevant audience creation and targeting capabilities to empower business users and regional marketing colleagues and their activation agencies. Your team's goals are to build, implement and enable the right tools, automate business processes, decrease time to value, and contribute to driving sales and profitability with media and customer experience optimization in mind.
The Audience Data Platforms product team is part of the Marketing Business Components area, a global technology team driving core MarTech capabilities for the business. We are on a mission to transform and scale our marketing technology stack, dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our customers through innovative marketing solutions.
The Marketing Business Components area is part of the Consumer & Sales Unit, a global cross-functional and customer-centric function within the H&M Business Tech organization, with focus to deliver platforms and systems that enable an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our CDP solution globally, ensuring seamless integration with the rest of the marketing technology stack and our data mesh/data products. You will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, focusing on enhancing the audience targeting and segmentation capabilities to deliver personalized customer experiences, across email, site, app & paid media channels, ensuring that the product meets end-user needs and brings value to the business.
You will leverage your subject matter expertise in the business, technical and data areas, closely collaborate with other product managers, business experts, data engineers, data analysts, solution and application experts, as well as the wider business and tech stakeholders.
You will contribute to the ideation, analysis, and business case creation to improve and scale our audience management and activation solutions, implement new use cases including the automation of target segment creation, enabling cross-channel activation, omni-experience personalization and cross-channel orchestration. Simply put, you and your team are the key to enabling the right audience at the right time with the right message on the right channel!
Your key responsibilities will include:
Product Leadership: Lead and manage a cross-functional team to develop, implement, and oversee tech solutions and capabilities on a global scale. Define, align and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap with our brand direction and business needs.
Customer Value Creation: Develop and implement solutions to create exceptional value for our customers and business users, through effective adoption of CDP capabilities and audience driven marketing activation strategies.
Stakeholder and Partner Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment with business goals and desired outcomes, understand strategic priorities that address critical business challenges.
Business Case Development: Create hypothesis-driven business cases to outline the expected value from product improvements and secure necessary funding. Manage project risks and issues effectively to ensure successful product delivery. Oversee the timely delivery of new features and products, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to support business needs.
Operational Stability and Security: Ensure stable operations by implementing appropriate resource monitoring and incident management processes. Define, implement, and track security and performance metrics to ensure continual optimization and secure performance.
Value Management: Maintain the financial health and outcomes of technical solutions by optimizing cost efficiency and ensuring sustained financial viability, with a strong focus on commercial outcomes and value realization.

Qualifications

As a Product Manager, you should have the ability to understand and analyze information and determine the best course of action, resulting in business value & end-user satisfaction. You take responsibility, work proactively and continuously measure and improve activities in a fast-paced dynamic and technical and data driven environment. You have great skills in influencing others within the organization and you can effectively communicate your ideas, both within the team and with different stakeholder groups and prioritize what needs to be done based on business requirements and potential impact. You are truly a doer, willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to help the product move forward.
In addition to this, we're looking for someone who has:
Proven experience (5+ years) within the area of marketing and advertising tech solutions related to CDP, CRM, audience management, and channel activation.
Strong understanding of CDP architecture and functionalities with experience in solution integration, knowledge of data ingestion, data processing, and data activation needs.
Experience with audience segmentation and targeting capabilities and understanding of marketing analytics and marketing automation tools and platforms.
