hela Sverige The StO/DtR (Sales to Order/Delivery to Repurchase) department is the largest delivery unit in Gothenburg offering a broad range of opportunities for personal development. Our employees work in global teams with all the Volvo companies and take on challenging assignments in our deliveries covering the complete product life cycle including new development and projects.
The Retail Support and Portals group are now looking for a Product Manager for the eCom product. ECom is the Volvo Group appointed web shop solution. Today our customers are Volvo Trucks, Volvo Penta and SAAB and we continuously have new business opportunities coming in, for example three eCom projects are running at the moment and more are being offered.
You would lead a team of highly skilled and committed people in Gothenburg and Ukraine and have close cooperation with Solution Unit at Volvo IT as well as with the customers. Today, in addition to the Product Manager, we also have one Maintenance Assignment Leader within eCom. Our aim is to improve our product and deliver an even more competitive web shop solution in a cost efficient way to our customers.
There are many exiting challenges ahead of us, such as the new web shops coming in but also structuring our delivery for the growth that has already started and adapting to the new steering and governance models being implemented at Volvo IT and Volvo.
The Product Manager role is currently being revised, for the eCom position the scope of the Product Manager is according to needs for an Application Delivery Product.
Your profile
• You have a broad IT background and long experience from handling deliveries to customers
• You have good leadership skills and feel comfortable in using them when aiming for cost, quality, efficiency and time targets
• You like structure and are solution oriented with a holistic view always aiming for customer satisfaction
• You also have a very strong social competence and are perceived as service minded.
• Experience of Maintenance Management is seen as an advantage, preferable from within Volvo
