Aftermarket Project Office 's goal is to drive customer satisfaction, dealer support and aftermarket profitability, playing a key role in the long-term sustainability with Adecco 's client. The project managers lead the overall aftermarket preparation effort, securing the deliverables of 26 global functions from Product Support, Sales regions, Marketing and Customer solutions.
The Project Management teams make sure that aftermarket requirements are considered early enough so that aftermarket goals are fully enabled upon new machine delivery. Adding to the project management role, it adds the aftermarket business focus and portfolio responsibility for the complete product.
About the assignment
The main task is to the lead the portfolio of Core Technologies projects and aftermarket business development for a specific product, involving aftermarket preparation for Core Technologies and secure aftermarket business development in new product development and product improvements, managing the aftermarket sub-project in a larger machine or soft offer project.
• Secure timely and appropriate aftermarket preparation in connection to projects or product improvement activities (such as product maintenance, cost-reductions, feature improvements etcetera). This means evaluation options, making decision with relevant stakeholders and execution and follow-up of the actions
• Maintain the portfolio overview and facilitate the related meetings involving all aftermarket functions
• Drive the aftermarket business agenda, securing specific requirements for a product, keeping an overview of the aftermarket business/profitability, tailoring the process to match business objectives.
• Responsible for assessing aftermarket implementation risks and escalating issues
• Facilitate trade-off discussions to enable the right business decisions and secure all stakeholders are appropriately informed
• Guide and manage the assigned global resources to meet aftermarket targets and deliverables
• Represent aftermarket in the product maintenance teams and local implementation forums
About You
You have a solid educational background, preferably in engineering, business administration, project management or other applicable areas. You also possess experience in working with aftermarket or product support and you have technical knowledge. We see that you have a good experience from project management, and know how to lead cross-functional teams in a global and multi-cultural environment. As a leader you have the ability to successfully drive teams towards the set goals and thus a strong goal orientation. You do this by communicating clearly and you know how to successfully motivate and engage people around you. Finding collaboration and trust with colleagues comes naturally to you. You are organized and structured in your approach and have the ability to identify the best road ahead. With a proactive and strategic mindset you manage to solve the challenges you encounter.
English language is a must and fluency in Swedish is a merit.
Information about the employment
The assignment is estimated to run around 6 months with the possibility of prolongation with Adecco. This assignment will as soon as possible and we will short-list candidates as we go.
