Job Summary:
We are now looking for a Product Development Leader to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. As a Product Development Leader you will teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture.
Organization:
Product and Release Management is a department within Product Development Unit (PDU) Radio, and Quality and Release Management (QRM). QRM is responsible for Radio, Enclosure and Power products and Radio Base Station verification. With a global responsibility for quality management and release, on all radio products (also including radio SW load modules). Quality work includes for instance strategies and framework, product introduction and information flow between the customer and the PDU.
Responsibilities:
Project planning (including time plan, cost, resources)
Part of product development project
Lead teams
Bridge between different stakeholders (sections within QRM, and to different teams within the main project)
You will be required to drive technology and product leadership
Flow optimization
Innovation and improvements

Core competences and minimum qualifications:
B.Sc or M. Sc in Electrical engineering, Engineering Physics or similar
English Skills both speaking and writing
Minimum 3 years of experience
You will need excellent Project and Program Management Skills;

Lean & Agile Knowledge and Skills
