hela Sverige At Supply Chain Planning, we manage several key global processes, including Industrial Orders, Supply Chain Ordering and Capacity and Capability Management.
Within our Global Production Structure team, we are responsible for maintaining the production capabilities connected to our global operations. This means overseeing and managing the structure that describes our production limitations between our production hubs.
The team is also responsible for securing Global Long Term Capacity, coordinating Market Allocation, Demand volumes for product development projects and Cross Brand Strategic Volumes exchange. We operate in the intersection of Production, Logistics, R&D and Purchasing, as well as with Sales & Marketing and Finance.
The Global Production Structure team is divided into two different areas of expertise:
Volume and Capacity
Global Production structure and Allocation
One of our team member has decided to take on a new challenge and we are now looking for a Product Coordinator to join the area of GPS and Allocation.
Your role
In your role as a Product Coordinator within the Global Production Structure and Allocation area you are responsible for the Logistic preparation of production capabilities. The logistic structure describes what should be produced in which production hub and where a component is to be assembled. In order to do this, we use logistic codes in the Product Structure system OAS.
As a Product Coordinator, you are responsible for our operational deliveries and the development work of your process. You will be main responsible for the Logistic preparation process as well as joining the team in the strategic capacity planning work connected to long term volume planning.
As we are establishing a third Production hub in China, this role will have responsibility into the project securing the Global Production Structure process.
Your profile
You have an academic degree or equivalent professional experience. You have a structured, quality-driven approach with a passion for sharing knowledge within your team. You have strong analytical and problem solving abilities with long-term strategies in mind and a proactive mindset, always on the lookout for smarter, more efficient ways to work.
Previous experience as a Product Coordinator or in Production Preparation is a strong plus. Also experience working with OAS is merited. Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning processes or related domains is highly beneficial.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of Swedish is advantageous but not mandatory. A knowledge of excel is needed and an interest in working in systems.
