hela Sverige Implement design strategy for our digital products as Product and Interaction Designer at Palette Software in Stockholm
With us at Palette Software, you together with senior colleagues and specialists implement and further develop interaction and product design for our cloud-based business systems. We're quite well established, being a strong player in the market since almost 20 years, but during 2021 we've entered a re-start-up phase where we are refining and re-imagining our products.

YOUR CHALLENGE
As Product and Interaction Designer, you and your team drive the interaction and product design work of our products to the next level. You work closely with the developers and POs to set up design components and ensure that the user experience and design according to user behavior permeates the ongoing development and re-imagining of our products. You set up wireframes and prototypes as well as building and strategizing component libraries and design systems.
THE TEAM AND WORK PLACE
You will belong to two product development teams, consisting of Product Owners and about 15 developers. The development organization is currently growing and we 'll soon welcome new developers to keep up with our growth.
ABOUT YOU
You have a background in UI and interaction design and are confident in the craft, now wanting to a next step. Of course, previous experience of working with similar products as business systems, ERP systems or B2B applications is a plus. But - the most important thing is that you want to create something new together with us.
Personality-wise, we think that a curious, creative and initiative-taking person would be best suited for the role. Hopefully, you 'd agree and more hopefully, you are that person.
