We are now looking for a Producer to our client in Stockholm!
Deliverables & Milestones:
• Monitor and manage the presence of our client on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Stay abreast of platform guidelines, trends, and updates to optimize game visibility and performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase the likelihood of featuring and promotion by Apple and Google and conversation rate optimization from visitor - install - payer
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to advocate for our client.
• Collaborate with the marketing and game team to coordinate in-game events, promotional activities and campaigns aligned with store features.
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy.
Company Description
Our client is big in the development of computer games for mobiles and tablets with children as the target group. The basis of the games is that the children should be able to understand the games without instructions from an adult. The headquarters is located in Stockholm.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in mobile app store management, preferably within the gaming industry.
• In-depth understanding of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store ecosystems, including store policies and algorithms.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with platform representatives.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Creative thinking and strategic problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for mobile gaming and a genuine interest in children's digital entertainment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary
By agreement.
Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position is supposed to be filled ASAP and the assignment will run for 6 months (with possibility of extension). For this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters and work as a consultant for our client in Stockholm (parts of the assignment can be carried out remotely).
