with ambitions and potential for a management career
To Parts Procurement within Business Unit Services, Bombardier Transportation is looking to recruit a young and ambitious person with procurement experiences.
The group, based in Västerås, consists of 3 people, including Head of Procurement Sweden, to whom you report. Within the group, you will take on a team leader function, motivating and working with the other members to achieve the targets. The business is complex and you work closely with Customer Sales Responsible.
Your main responsibilities
In addition to your Team Leader function, your main responsibilities will be:
• Work with supplier strategies and critical suppliers for Parts business success
• Work with claims and savings
• T&C Negotiations
• Participate in Change Board Process
• Support in tender work for Parts Business
• Actively propose business ideas based on input from suppliers and business intelligence
• Participate in different kind of reviews and be responsible for quality and timeliness of the needed reports
You are probably travelling 1-2 days every other week, to visit partners and suppliers. Your office is in Västerås. For the right person there are great opportunities for further development within the company.
Personal Qualifications
You have 2-3 years of relevant working experience with documented results within procurement in an international and technical environment. Before that, you have a university degree with outstanding results. You are fluent in English and Swedish, both oral and written.
You are a high achiever who are very result oriented. You have good leadership skills and you have ambitions to make a management career. Attributes as business minded, customer oriented, good entrepreneurial skills and analytical are describing you well. You also have great communication skills and you are good at networking and building relations.
