Process Performance Developer
Responsibilities and tasks
Process Performance Developer is a new role within Corporate Quality and you will play an important role for CEVT and the organizations future development. You will be highly involved in the governance of our corporate targets and KPI's.
Position will report to Vice President, Corporate Quality.
You are also expected to
• Take an active part in KPI cascading and Policy Deployment.
• Support the organization in the development of process measurements.
• Cooperate closely with our Operational Excellence function.
• Continuously improve our CEVT Management System.
• Manage communication with stakeholders.
• Perform training sessions related to corporate measurements and reporting at CEVT.
• Assure data compliance.
• Perform data analysis.
• Be an advocate for standardization and an ambassador of change.
Profile and Background
• To be successful in this position you need to be highly communicative and be able to interact with people on all levels in the organization.
• Previous experience in corporate measures and policy deployment.
• 5-10 years' experience from a mid/senior position in a larger company.
• Strong drive and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening).
• Extensive experience in working with continuous improvements. Preferably in accordance to Lean/Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• Fluency in English both oral and written
