hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Ascatron AB i Stockholm Open position for a process operator manufacturing SiC semiconductors for power electronics. Our production is done in 2-shift in the Electrum clean-room in Kista, and the position is for full time work during afternoon and evening.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a process operator you take part in the whole manufacturing chain. The production is performed in small scale making the work very diverse.
• Semiconductor clean-room processing for prototyping and pilot production.
• Operation of complete fabrication process - epitaxy, lithography, CVD, dry & wet etching, metallization. Include handling of chemicals and gases.
• Handling of advanced process equipment for fabrication of SiC epitaxy material, including maintenance work.
• Microscope inspection and control of material properties in various measurement equipment.
• Documentation of process parameters, measurement results and quality data.
REQUIREMENTS
As a person you are handy, has easy to learn and a logical thinking. You can follow complex instructions, work very accurate and have a strong sense for quality. You are used to work in a team, take responsibility and have the ability to see what needs to be done.
We are looking for you who have:
• Upper secondary education (Swedish: Gymnasiekompetens)
• Good understanding in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good general computer skills.
Experience of working in a semiconductor clean room, laboratory or other industrial production is an advantage.
