Here's what you would do,
As a HRIS Process lead you will be part of our Global HRIS team, where you will work alongside other Process Leads, focusing on the implementation of global HR solutions in Workday.
Some of the other things you will do...
• Drive and support Workday implementation plan for rollout of global processes in alignment with new technology and organization deployment plans
• Drive standardization, efficiency gains and simplifications in HR business processes and services globally while keeping the customer needs and the employee journey in mind
• Support implementation plan for the rollout of standard processes in alignment with new technology and organization deployment plans
• Lead continuous improvement efforts on HR systems processes and identify opportunities that educate and create employee engagement
• Have excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and target conditions, for example, efficiency, savings, and user satisfaction
• Create visibility and transparency on what we are working on and why.
• In partnership with various departments, create a change management roadmap regarding new HR Technology implementations
• Ensure high-quality training of all roles involved in the assigned area of process responsibility
• Ensure the accuracy of data through routine data audits and validation
• Deliver process improvements that ensure compliant, high-quality, efficient processes that result in a great employee experience
• Build and nurture a team culture of mutual trust, collaboration, and a common drive for results
• Own end-to-end processes, supporting the strategy outlined by the people & Culture and contribute to our goal of a global rollout
In this role you will report to Global HRIS Process Manager and the position is placed in our HQ, or anywhere where in EMEA where we have offices.
This role is a temporary position from asap to July 2024.

Here's the kind of experience, qualities and approach that we're looking for at Oatly,
• Relevant Bachelor's degree (it is great if it is within HR)
• 3+ years of relevant experience from an HRIS, HR Specialist role or similar
• Experience with Workday Business Processes
• Experience from driving projects within HRIS.
• Excellent communication skills in English
It 's a plus if you have experience working with Workday Business Processes, Workday Compensation and experience working in a fast-moving everchanging environment.
