hela Sverige You will as our Process Engineer get to work in a world class production park, surrounded by stimulating assignments, not one day is the same. You will be a part of a highly skilled team of engineers, responsible for all the processes surrounding our Surface Mount (SMT) production. Your main task will be to streamline, secure the quality and support your process towards both our production and our product design department. In addition, you will also be responsible to create and implement new processes as well as create new work instructions, fallow up with yield, OEE, cycle time and/or CPK. You will work with constant improvements and rationalization in our equipment, processes and work flow. What you'll bringWe believe that you're a person who are seeking new and exciting challenges within process development, electronics and change management. You already have a solid base and knowledge within SMT as well as in ergonomics and working environments, but you're looking for new thrilling projects to sink your teeth in. You have the flexibility to change perspectives, switching from seeing the situation from a bigger picture and then at the same time going down to details. You enjoy working independently, driving your own processes, but understand your role in the team and what you're all trying to accomplish together. Communicating both with internal and externa stakeholder, as well as educating/instructing employees is nothing new for you. Instead you like to network and have a way of connecting with people so that they understand the new changes and ways of working. Since you're used to working in international environments you're no stranger to the English language or communicating to people from different parts of the world. Although, also being able to communicate in Swedish is highly merited
We believe that with the aid of your skill of working under pressure and at the same time meticulous eye for detail can help us forward to reach the next step within automotive and electronic industrialization.
Level (diploma) required:
• Secondary school diploma in Mechanical/Automation/Electronic or documented comparable professional experience
• Post-secondary education in Mechanical/Automation/Electronic
Other required skills:
• Documented experience working with Lead production, through education or work life experience
• Good technical experience within CAD is merited
• Experience within FMEA is merited
• Experience within Ergonomics is highly merited
