Main responsibilities:
In this position you will drive performance improvement and knowledge management with a focus on R&D processes in Volvo Group Trucks. This includes working on flow efficiency, time-to-market and customer satisfaction. You will be involved in several different projects, processes and teams in Volvo Group Trucks. The scope includes the whole product life cycle ranging from planning, development up to product launch and service. You will work in an international team with regular interaction with colleagues in Europe, America and Asia.
You will report to the Director Process & Office, in GTT and work closely together with Process Owners, Process Managers, Business Process Developers and process- and solution key users throughout the entire GTT and Volvo Group.

Requested qualifications:
This role requires a Master University degree. Along with strong analytical skills, you need to be a good communicator and being able to facilitate workshops. A good business understanding and knowledge in R&D processes and continuous improvement is a benefit.
