The MDA Professional Services team is seeking a Process Analytics Principal Consultant, who must be based in Holland.
Tjänstebeskrivning
Martin Dawes Analytics is looking for a Process Analytics Principal Consultant who will be responsible for the implementation, integration, documentation and support to our leading data products, with deep expertise in the Telcom sector.
As a Process Analytics Principal Consultant you will lead small teams and coach implementation engineers, customers and partners in the implementation of MDA's data analytic software. You will also serve as the advisor to the customer on implementation projects and revenue assurance programs, developing methods and techniques to improve the process of delivering solutions to customers.
Krav på person
For the position, we would like you to have a Master of Science or a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science. You have experience in consulting and as a project leader with a solid understanding of software development lifecycle. You also have experience with processes and software in the telecommunications sector. Since the role is based in Holland and involves international contacts, both internal and external, it is required that you are fluent in both Dutch and English while also having good communications and writing skills.
To suit this position you have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills. If you have organizational skills and are able to think outside the box it is an advantage. You have a strong client and service focus and are able to work closely with clients to understand and anticipate their needs.
