About the role

The Pre-Sales Consultant will provide a technical and selling partnership to sales representatives during the sales process. This is done by identifying customer's technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities and supporting other business sales teams, directors and partners on proposal activities. The Pre-Sales Consultant will drive sales processes from a technical standpoint whilst being able to simply and accurately describe and demonstrate Quinyx's offerings.

What you'll be doing

• Attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
• Use of in-depth product knowledge to provide functional and technical solutions to customers through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders.
• Represent Quinyx at marketing events and webinars.
• Create and maintain documentation to educate customers and internal sales teams on the capability of Quinyx's solutions.
• Work with the Product Management, R&D and Professional Services teams to feedback on current products and provide input around new products.
• Provide accurate and timely information to teammates and management, to include activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPI's.
• Work with existing customers to help drive engagement into other areas of their businesses.
• Continuously learn and grow your knowledge of the Quinyx product suite.

What you'll bring to the team

• To understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and to Quinyx.
• Be able to sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Being analytical and a "people person" with a great, humble attitude.
• Be curious. Be very curious.
• Confidence in public speaking/demonstrating.
• Has a desire to stay up to date with technology trends.
• A true team player with a willingness to share knowledge and experience.
• Supporting Business Development Managers and providing advice on how to best proceed with sales opportunities.
• Fluent in Swedish and English

• Experience in Workforce Management/HCM/Talent Management/Payroll or SaaS software.
• There is a small tech-geek that lives inside of you.
