www.cryptzone.comOur pre-sales engineers work closely with our sales account managers targeting new customer opportunities as well as supporting our existing customers from around the globe.
Responsibilities
• Support the sales team to ensure that we understand the customer's requirements and technical environment
• Support the sales team during prospect meetings and (web) demonstrations.
• Support the sale team to ensure that we understand the customer's requirements and technical environment
• Manage and execute customer evaluation (proof of concept) and deployment projects
• Provide technical support to end customers/prospects and channel partners
• Provide channel partner training for their technical certification
• Develop written and oral presentations in a professional manner
• Establish a strong working relationships with our customers' technical experts
• Be an active participant in driving Cryptzones' internal processes to be more effective
• Be an added value employee to proactive offer ideas of a technical nature to make the customer the "best and brightest" in the world.
Functional skills and personal characteristics
• A minimum of 1- 2 years of successful systems engineer pre-sales support experience
• Excellent communication, administrative, organizational and language skills in English ( Swedish is a plus )
• The ability to be a cross-functional team player and be able to work independently
• Desire to learn constantly and you take responsibility to find the knowledge you need
• A professional approach that takes pride in responsibility and you are able to quickly adopt to any situation
• A "problem solver" that is willing to tackle difficult tasks and with the ability to analyze situations and aggressively completes the task without waiting for approval.
• Be able to work odd hours
You will be placed at Cryptzones's head quarter in Göteborg and work with customers on a worldwide basis. Applicants should therefore be available for traveling and skills in other languages than English and Swedish are a bonus.
