hela Sverige The Electromobility department is part of the strategic center for powertrain development in the Volvo Group and performs state-of-the-art research and cutting edge engineering with the goal of maintaining our position as leaders in the global trend of electrification. Being part of the Electromobility unit also means being a part of a global and diverse team of highly skilled professionals working with energy, passion and respect for each other.
We are now continuing the strategic focus on electrified mobility solutions and right now we are looking for new talent to start working with Power Electronics. The position involves design and systemization of the next generation of electrical vehicles with focus on electrical safety. The position requires an analytical and detail oriented mindset and preferably several years' experience working with high power electronics.

Qualifications:
• High level of commitment and a good sense for details
• Masters' degree in relevant area (electrical engineering, engineering physics etc.) and/or several years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge about Electrical Safety and High Voltage Systems is meritorious
• Previous experience working with electronic standards is meritorious
