In this role you will:
Lead the PBO governance development and deployment in the Nordics for the Oral category as well as coordinating project budgeting and tracking against actual spend. You will play a crucial role in the implementation of processes & governance following strategic priorities through projects.
Your "day to day"
• Contribute and support with embedding of PMI / Nordics project management methodology, including tools and ways of working within the organization
• Develop new tools to further enhance the PBO organization in terms of project / program management, overall market activity tracking, project performance assessment etc.
• Ensure Project leads follow given PM standards with focus on prioritization and results tracking
• Lead project submission process, ensuring right project selection and alignment to overall business strategy
• When required support on individual projects in terms of various financial analysis and business cases
• Support Project leads in ensuring Global and Regional reporting guidelines are met and reflected in appropriate system
• Coordinate and ensure Project approved budgets are reflected in financial system under correct Budget Owner/cost centre
• Support and develop junior team member/s to act as PBO role models and ensure alignment on Nordics overall PBO strategies
Who we're looking for
To be successful in this role you need have solid communication and presentation skills. You need to be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, agile yet well organized. Furthermore, you need to be a strategic thinker, have a collaborative & analytical mindset and a strong drive for results.
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
• Track record and working experience gained in an FMCG or strategic consulting company
• Cross-functional program & project management expertise
• Process development & management experience
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
• Expert level capability with Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, conceptual skills, task prioritization, follow-up, tenacity, creativity and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across written, verbal and presentation formats to a variety of audience
• Intermediate level capability in data analysis, metric trending and data reporting
