Organization ZE, Scania Financial Processes Centre - SFPC, is a newly established Shared Service Centre within Scania. Our stakeholders are within Scania Industrial Operations, Commercial Operations as well as Financial Services. Geographical scope is EU including Norway and Switzerland as well as external suppliers/customers. The process scope of SFPC is Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables.
We are in an expansive phase and to secure future development we need to strengthen our competence and focus on continued improvements and development of our processes. We are looking for a person with previous experience of working with process improvement and with an understanding of Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivable. We want a team member with a great focus on details and with an analytic mind-set.

Main responsibilities
As PMO Business Reporting & Analyse Specialist Your main responsibilities involve:

Support and secure the reporting within the department and to other parts of Scania
Secure and improve the Portfolio Management processes within FPS/SFPC
Support the forums structure within FPS/SFPC for both development projects and maintenance
Perform first hand analyses of possible process changes and improvements
Support the Business IT Representatives in documenting business requirements to be handed over to Scania IT

You will be part of a newly formed group within a department with highly motivated colleagues working in a challenging environment that will give you the possibility to personal development and challenging daily work.

Qualification & and characteristics
You have an education in economics, with 1-3 years' work experience. You have understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables in an international company. You have experience from coordinating high volumes of information and working in all MS Office applications. Experience of working with documentation and communication is desirable.

You are customer oriented with a passion for service, improvements and change. You have an analytical mind-set, are well structured and act decisively on any deviations that you observe.

We presume that you are a team player with good communication and cooperation skills. As your work field will be Europe as well as India where we have of our Back office you need to be fluent in Swedish, English and potentially a 3rd language. You will represent SFPC in cross-functional projects why it is important with flexibility, go-ahead spirit and high accountability.

The position is a project assignment stretching until 31st of January 2018, with opportunities for permanent employment.
