Skills and Experience
You come with a lot of experience in the M365 platform and have solid experience in using the platform to improve digital work life. You probably have experience in technologies like:
Exchange Online
SharePoint online
Teams
EntraId
GraphAPI
You can apply a system thinking when you design solutions, and you are well familiar with Microsoft good practices. You have used DevOps principles in your teams before or are open to learn together with us. You understand the importance of self-service through automation. You know how to balance user experience with security and can help your teams towards the right level. Aurobay has chosen Azure
Cloud to enable our business, it is an advantage if you are experienced in the Azure environment for building integrations and extensions. It is beneficial if you have experience in buying IT solutions and collaborating with procurement teams to run effective RFQs, ensuring active participation from the user community and stakeholders.
Your role at Aurobay
As Platform Owner for Collaboration Services, you will play a pivotal role in creating a great work life experience for the people at Aurobay. You will work with a team of skilled and motivated engineers to keep our environment evergreen. Additionally, you will champion the security and compliance of the environment in collaboration with the security teams.
You will:
Guide your team to set the technical vision and guiding principles in collaboration with the Aurobay tech community.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and self-service solutions, enabling team autonomy.
Ensure a great user experience and drive relentless automation
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize product features and enhancements.
Translate product vision into actionable roadmaps with your team.
Apply a data-driven approach to meausure the quality and usage of services, identify areas for improvement and drive adoption within the organization.
