What will you do?
As Personalization & CXO Specialist your prime responsibility will be working hands-on with the implementation of personalization tests and proven initiatives in our personalization tool Adobe Target. You will be able to contribute strategically by working closely with the Marketing Analytics Manager and other stakeholders. You will work with other product owners such as the Outbound Manager and Paid Traffic Manager to apply our personalization strategy in an omni-channel setting. You will also work with customer experience optimization and AB-testing throughout the customer journey to improve the performance of our website and other channels along the customer journey.
Some of your key responsibilities:
• Implement proven personalization tactics on our website and/or emails in Adobe Target
• Contribute to ideas for personalization tactics, Customer Experience Optimization (CXO) and CRO activities
• Implement AB-tests to improve conversion rates and ROI and/or customer experience (without sacrificing one for the other)
• Create, evaluate and report on tests of personalization tactics
• Be a key player in the implementation of our Omnichannel Marketing and Customer Experience Strategy
• Contribute as subject matter expert and customer advocate in cross-functional teams
• Share your expertise within the organization to improve the way we work
Who are you?
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. We're looking for someone who first and foremost enjoys implementing personalization solutions and tests but you're not afraid to contribute strategically. There is definitely room for you to develop in this role and take a greater strategic responsibility for the testing and personalization planning. You are a thought leader, always keen on sharing your knowledge and comfortable coaching your colleagues in your area of expertise. You can build strong relationships and have excellent communication skills. We believe that you have worked for a few years with personalization and/or AB-testing in a B2C setting. You enjoy the balancing act of improving ROI and conversion rates while also improving the customer experience and you are at home with tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely and Google Optimize.
The must-haves:
• At least 2 years' experience in working with personalization and/or AB-testing or conversion rate optimization
• Good knowledge working with programming languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript but you will gladly work with WYSIWYG-editors when that's more efficient
• Good understanding of personalization/individualization tactics in online advertising and on websites
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Strategic experience of creating and taking responsibility for testing plans is a plus!
It's also a plus if you have worked strategically with personalization, as well as if you have worked in the travel or e-commerce industry.
