We hope that it's you.We're looking for someone with 2-3 years of working experience within performance/digital marketing. You will optimize towards low customer acquisition cost (CAC), high lifetime value (LTV) and short payback time. As Performance Marketing Manager, you will coordinate with internal teams (growth, finance, creative) to ensure the website in particular performs at optimal capacity for acquisition and upselling purposes.This position is based in Stockholm, Sweden and reports to the Marketing Director.*Please submit your application in English*What you'll do:Drive website traffic and acquire leads and new customers.Source, evaluate, and test new user acquisition channels to scale growth for the business in new and existing markets.Optimize KPIs using data, experimentation, A/B tests, and funnel optimization.Manage prospecting and remarketing on search and display.Work with our marketing team to brainstorm ideas and share learnings.What we are fishing for: You are creative and data-driven, adept at delivering ideas, content, and metrics.Good with Google Analytics and Google Tag ManagerYou are interested in the latest web trends and technologies.A self-starter who is able to take projects from strategy through execution with a high attention for detail.Fluent in English Our Bait We have trust in our employees which means that 1. you will be given a lot of responsibility from day one and 2. we value your opinions and and ideas.
