As our People Partner (HR Business Partner) you are delivering people services and being the first point of contact to managers in Västerås, Sweden in people related matters and processes.
You can use your supernatural skills to:
Find and recruit the best people for our company ensuring the best applicant experience,
Ensure a smooth onboarding of new employees,
Advise and partner with managers and function leaders in all sorts of people related matters from administrative topics to organizational changes and communication to help them to become superheroes themselves,
Run process activities based on our People Services annual clock,
Deliver the best internal communication possible,
Participate in development of our People processes and building Enics culture.
What do you need to master at Enics:
Experience in working in similar HR role and being inspired by it,
Experience in recruitment and keeping yourself familiar with latest recruitment trends and methods,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ready to save the day and to focus on results,
By nature, you seek for continuous improvements and want to exceed the expectations of stakeholders,
To be systematic and persistent, yet flexible and adaptable to changes,
To be good in writing and communication, and fluent in English and Swedish.
