Role Overview:
The purpose of this position is to support and contribute to leadership and organisational development with a focus on internal communication and continuous improvement. The People & Organisation Manager is responsible for managing and developing people strategies that support the achievement of overall business objectives, maximum organisational health and a high-performance culture. The People & Organisation Manager takes ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, supplier & contract management, salary reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To be successful in this role you must be ready and willing to work hands on and be involved in a wide range of tasks.
Responsibilities:
Define people strategy, policies, building the appropriate plans and leading the execution of these
Develop and maintain company values that support the business strategy, ensuring that the values of the company are communicated and understood at all levels, providing clarity as to the expected behaviour of all employees and the development of a high-performance culture.
Develop leaders, anticipating growth and training needs.
Support managers in organisational development and change management
To develop and execute strategies and initiatives for internal communication company wide
To design and facilitate in-house events (e.g. workshops, off sites events and conferences) as required.
Managerial responsibilities of People & Facility coordinators
Lead and implement projects / activities to engage and develop the organisation
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations concerning labour law

Manage facilities
Who we think you are: (this is a wish list, not a 'must tick every box'):
5+ years of HR experience, preferably with a background from a similar role.
University degree in HR or equivalent education.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR compliance with applicable laws and regulations (including swedish labor law)
Positive attitude and the passion for creating a positive, empowered work environment.
Passion for continuously learning. Willing to learn new things and move the organisation forward.
Understands the cause-and-effect relationships between business priorities, organisational design, and talent strategy.
Leadership experience, particularly building and scaling a high functioning team globally in a fast-growth environment.
Able to partner with and influence all levels of the organisation through trusting, respectful, and highly communicative relationships.
Strong leadership skills that are ethical, flexible, nimble and able to deal with ambiguity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development and off-boarding.
Knowledge of change management and improvement work.
Maintains a high level of confidentiality in all matters.
