About the job
We are looking for a People and Culture Specialist Interim to cover for a People Partner on maternity leave between October 2023 and Summer '24.
In this role, your main focus will be to enhance the employee experience and promote a culture that contributes to our company's bottom line. You will actively work on fostering an inclusive hybrid work environment, drive effective employee communication, plan company wide events, drive recruitment initiatives and manage employee engagement programs.
Moreover, as the eyes and ears of our organization, you will work to continuously gather input and find new strategies to drive team effectiveness, promote well-being, and connect our people to the company's success.
What you'll do
• Conduct employee sentiment surveys, perform analysis of the results and present comprehensive reports on findings that include actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with managers to develop tailored action plans, providing guidance on fostering team cohesiveness and addressing team-specific challenges.
• Organize and facilitate workshops or training sessions to improve team effectiveness.
• Lead recruitment efforts by collaborating closely with managers to determine the ideal candidate profile, encompassing both their competence and personality traits, craft compelling job ads and conduct interviews to ensure the selected candidates exhibit a strong cultural fit.
• Plan and facilitate hybrid company-wide meetings, including team demos, town halls, onboarding sessions, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and successful engagement.
• Craft clear and compelling comms to convey important information to employees
What you'll bring to the team
• Demonstrated expertise in team effectiveness theory and principles, showcasing a profound understanding of how teams function and thrive within organizations.
• Proven experience working with the implementation of strategies to nurture, retain and develop top talent.
• A proven track record of designing, implementing and facilitating tailored engagement programs, team building workshops and leadership development forums.
• Proven experience in implementing strategies that foster an inclusive remote-hybrid work environment that promotes collaboration and cultural alignment.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition with an emphasis on cultural alignment
• Experience managing recruitment processes.
• Native-level fluency in English, proficiency in Swedish is advantageous.
