People and Culture Business Partner and Mobility specialist
We are now looking for you, who want to take on the role as a People and Culture Business Partner and a Mobility Reward specialist during one of our colleague's maternity leave. The role is located in Stenungsund with a possibility to work from home up to 40% according to our Hybrid workplace policy.

As our next colleague you will join a team of 2 People &Culture Business Partners and 7 People and Culture Service Professionals. You will report to Anna-Karin Blommé who is the Local People & Culture Business Partner for site Stenungsund. The role will include a mix of working on operational tasks in combination with more strategic activities and you will take an active part as an People and Culture Business Partner in leadership management teams together with your role as Mobility Reward specialist (50/50 split)
You will play a key role in our organization and be responsible for all sorts of reoccurring HR processes such as salary reviews, on-boarding and trade union negotiations, leadership and skills development. In your role as Mobility specialist your areas of responsibilities are implementing and managing reward processes and operating instructions mainly in the area of people mobility. You will drive and deliver those processes towards excellence and optimise local/regional reward solutions based on the overall Reward Strategy and according to the respective (legal) framework.

If you are interested in the following task this could be a role for you:
• As a Mobility specialist you deliver products and services mainly within the area of People Mobility and in case needed in the areas of Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits and Pension & Insurances for Stenungsund location. In the area of mobility your responsibility is more specifically the co-ordination and preparation of international assignments ' documents for our employees and supporting the related processes.
• Keeps on top of reward issues and support the Services / Business Partners and line managers to manage People Reward/Mobility issues constructively.
• Aligns group wide initiatives and external changes related to Business Partner/Mobility with local requirements and addresses location implementation issues/blockers to Group People & Culture.
• As a Business Partner you are actively involved in recruitment, development, talent and performance management and union negotiations for your areas of responsibilities.
• You coach and support the assigned managers and employees on all people and organisational matters within the area of responsibility to meet location and people KPI's.
You are the right candidate for this position if you have three years, or more, relevant working experience, mainly within HR or economics, and a demonstrated broad general proficiency in relevant areas. You have a Master degree or equivalent in Economics, Social Sciences or Law. Other suitable education and experience can also be considered. We believe you have deep knowledge and interest about labour law, legal regulations related to Human Resources and CLA 's and a mastery of English at business level and local language. Very good IT skills in relevant systems (ERP/SAP, Windows supporting tools, etc.).
