Being a People & Culture Partner @ Aurobay
The People & Culture Business Partner serves as a strategic liaison between the People & Culture function and business units, ensuring alignment between People strategies and organizational objectives while effectively meeting the human capital needs of the business. The PCBC accountabilities are, amongst others, to ensure compliance with the highest standards and foster an inclusive culture. Their commitment extends to enhancing employee well-being, attracting top talent, improving performance, and pioneering innovative People practices. The PCBP's primary focus is on people, promoting an exceptional and engaging experience that drives Aurobay forward.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• An HR professional with experience working as an HRBP, preferably in a fast
paced, industrial setting
• Someone with proven expertise in managing the entire spectrum of employee rehabilitation.
• The ability to apply a deep understanding of labor law to cultivate a workplace where equity and respect are the cornerstones
• Someone with the ability to convert concepts into actionable plans, think ahead and act decisively
• A rockstar in communication (both Swedish and English). Let's add strong interpersonal skills as well
