We are seeking a committed and passionate person who wants to join us in taking the People Experience function into the future. An essential element for our success is that we have a well laid out People Experience strategy, including among others, a focus on enhancing People's Experience presence in the line and strengthen our daily operational support to the managers. To align working methods and collaborate over functional boarders with one goal - more value added to the line managers.
What you'll do
Your main responsibility will be to support managers and participate in selected management teams within Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Chain Management. You will execute People Experience deliverables in line with the respective units people strategy and business needs. You are also responsible for implementing and communicating People Experience policies, directives and processes and work in People Experience Projects cross functionally. You will provide analyses and execute activities within the following areas:
* Compensation & Benefits - reward management
* Recruitment and sourcing
* Rehabilitation and health
* Labour Relations
* Organisation development and change activities
You and your skills
You have experience within the above mentioned areas and you have a business acumen to engage and effectively communicate with key internal stakeholders. You have the ability to deliver on time with high quality In order to fully enjoy the job you also need to have high integrity and feel comfortable in the role as an employer representative. You need to have a structured and driving personality with ability to work independently as well as being a good team player.
In this role you must be able to handle complex and sensitive information while being able to work in an ever changing environment. To conclude you are fluent in English oral and written since all communication will be carried out in English
