We are now looking for a HR Generalist to our headquarters in Stockholm.

Essential duties and responsibilities
This HR generalist role is mainly focused on organizational development activities, enabling a high performing learning organization. The role supports the Group Operations HRBPs.
The role also includes a responsibility to drive and lead projects from time to time.
Key tasks
• Support HRBP and drive own initiatives to enable High Performing Learning organization - mainly in areas organization, teamship, competence and career development, change management and people processes.
• Act as HR generalist in selected areas supervised by HRBP.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Working experience in Human Resources
• Degree in HR, Business, Engineering or Social studies.
• Working experience in a multinational environment or prior experience in a regional or global setup will be a strong added advantage.
• Lean, CI, Agile, Facilitation and coaching skills are considered a clear plus.
