to a department operating within Corporate HR and is responsible within the areas of
Corporate Pensions, Group Employee Benefits and Executive Benefits.

One team member is moving on to new challenges and we are looking for an experienced and talented successor with the ability to further develop our global Centre of competence within above areas.

Job description
One part of the role involves actively providing advice, information and support in strategy and policy issues regarding occupational pensions, personnel related insurance and benefits. Another part is to work out best practice standards and convey these to entire organization. Preparing material for relevant decision-making forums will form a third major part of the job. Initially the tasks will be related to the Swedish labour market but will involve the international arena as well. The key target is to ensure competitive and cost effective solutions for the company set-up of pension and benefits.

Main areas listed below;

Communication, with company internal HR-departments, employees and external suppliers
Pension/insurances within the ITP and SAF-LO collective barging agreement
Scania Group Life Insurances
International Pension plan
Early retirement program
Be responsible for and secure processes for pension and benefits
Development projects of our processes

Job requirements
We are looking for a person with a high level of integrity and accuracy. You are self-motivated, take initiatives with a service and solution oriented mindset. The subject matter expertise in combination with administrative, analytical and conceptual skills are crucial qualifications for the position. You put honour in delivering high quality on time within the existing framework of governance and compliance. In your profession you have acquired extensive knowledge and experience in the area of pension, life insurances and employee benefits. An IFU diploma or similar is meriting. Language wise fluency in Swedish and English is a necessity.
