Zalaris Sweden office is located in Solna, but we will consider candidates from other locations, as we offer flexible office option.
Your Responsibilities
Payroll processing for Zalaris clients
Preparation and delivery of reports and statistics
Handling service requests through C4C system and inquiries by phone
Keeping up to date with current legislation changes
Maintenance of employee- and payroll data (e.g., new hires, changes, terminations, tax information, pension control, sickness etc)
Skills
Good communication skills, both written and oral, in Swedish and English
Customer focused with the ability to deliver high quality services on time
Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive working atmosphere
Flexible personality
Good cooperation skills and team player, ability to follow deadlines
Proactivity and willingness to improve processes and procedures
Good understanding and interest for IT / HR systems
Education & experience
University degree or other relevant certification or experience in HR data administration, payroll, or accounting
Experience with Swedish payroll will be an advantage
Experience and knowledge of SAP HCM payroll will be an advantage
Experience and high knowledge of Excel will be an advantage
