EY's Global Compliance & Reporting department (GCR) provides a wide range of integrated corporate compliance services assisting clients and their finance functions to comply with local regulations while at the same time focusing on their core business. The opportunityThe Payroll team in Stockholm is growing rapidly and we are looking for someone who wants to join us on our journey. Your key responsibilitiesIn addition to independently managing the entire payroll process for a number of national and international clients, your focus will be to coach your junior colleagues and to be responsible for ensuring that we maintain both high quality and meet deadlines. You will also be involved in streamlining our processes and leading and quality-assuring implementations of new clients. Skills and attributes for success Very good technical knowledge of Swedish payroll Be service minded and have a professional approachStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAppreciate varied and independent work that requires commitment and responsibilityBe outgoing and enjoy working in team, guiding and motivation othersShow initiative and creativity combined with business acumen.Keen attention to high quality, details and accuracy To qualify for the role you must have A post-secondary education in payroll from Higher Vocational Education or UniversityAt least 3 - 4 years' experience of working with the entire payroll processExperience with Hogia Lön Plus and preferably Flex HRMGood knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
