Ultimately, it will be the staff who will be important ambassadors for the AirHop brand, and we will work hard to ensure we have people on the team who can provide the best possible experience to everyone who comes to visit our trampoline park.
Purpose of the Party Manager role: You will be a key member of the management team where your role will be to organise all aspects of birthday parties including but not limited to contacting interested individuals, building birthday bookings, planning parties, scheduling staff, ordering necessary supplies and working with outside vendors.
Key responsibilities of the Party Manager role include:
• To oversee the Support Management of the Club acting as a Support manager as and when required
• To play an active part in the Management team and take a lead on any projects as designated by the Park Manager
• Schedule, coordinate and manage all birthday party requests
• Create a fun and enthusiastic environment for all guests
• Supervise and schedule part-time staff
• Liaise with bookings and prepare party reports
• Develop and create themes for parties
• Schedule party arrivals and check-in locations
• Coordinate with outside vendors for food and beverage needs
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of party area?s
• Ability to work independently, have good organisational and multi-tasking skills.
Our successful Party Manager will have:
• Previous commercial experience in a busy operational leisure environment in a junior position
• First Aid at work / Paediatric First Aid desirable, first aid can be trained on site.
• Experience of managing a team and able to demonstrate leadership qualities necessary to motivate and develop a team.
• Experience of working with children
This is a full time position that will require flexibility to meet the needs of the business. Shift times vary to suit club opening times and include early, late and weekend shifts, as well as bank holidays.
