About the Role Wehype partners with some of the most renowned gaming publishers in the world. Every day, we help our clients maximize their success by enabling them to build meaningful, long-term relationships with content creators through the Wehype platform.
We are seeking a Partnership Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with studios and publishers responsible for leading game titles worldwide. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the success and growth of existing client partnerships. From onboarding and activation to ongoing optimization and strategic guidance, you will play a key role in driving value for our partners. You will assist clients in their decision-making processes related to market and creator strategies, roadmaps, and game objectives while ensuring a seamless experience with Wehype's platform and services.
Location: Stockholm/Uppsala
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring a seamless and successful collaboration
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client success and maximize the value of their partnership with Wehype
Provide proactive support and guidance, helping clients optimize their creator campaigns based on performance insights and industry trends
Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of Wehype's platform and services
Monitor campaign performance and key success metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including campaign operations, sales, marketing, and product, to address client needs and enhance their experience
Identify opportunities for account expansion and growth, positioning additional Wehype services where relevant
Advocate for client needs internally and contribute to product and process improvements
Attend industry events and meet clients in person to strengthen relationships and align on strategic objectives

Who You Are
2+ years of experience in client-facing roles (Account Management, Customer Success, or Partnerships)
Passionate about video games and the gaming industry
You have an interest in new technologies such as AI
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A team player with a strong ability to commit and follow through on projects and objectives
Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
Comfortable interpreting data and using insights to inform strategies
Willing to travel and meet clients in person when needed

Plus If You Have
A history of working with gaming publishers
Experience working with Photoshop and design
Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive) and customer success methodologies
Strong connections to streaming platforms and the content creator landscape
