ABOUT THE POSITION
As an IT Researcher your main responsibility is to find IT talents to our growing IT department located in Gothenburg. This involves networking, research, seeking referrals and searching job boards to find the best candidates.
Examples of daily work tasks are:
• Sourcing and mapping candidates on the market through social media channels, databases, external events and other networks.
• Coming up with innovative strategies for how to attract and find the right talents.
• Contacting potential candidates.
• Organizing candidate interviews.
• Providing excellent candidate experiences.
• Establishing routines and processes for the research practice.
• Working towards set targets.
Research is your main focus but other HR related work tasks may arise, such as writing job ads, screening applications, making reference checks etc. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible, non-prestigious and willing to "roll up your sleeves" when needed to help your colleagues. We see this position as a long-term investment and to the right person there might be possibilities to other more qualified HR tasks.
WHO ARE YOU?
You are stubborn and persevering and when you have decided to find good candidates, you do not give up! It is required that you are curious and proactive, have a solution oriented approach and you are filled with ideas on how to proceed when it comes to finding Benify's future IT talents.
In order to find a Java Developer or .NET Developer, it is to great advantage if you already have insight into what such a position entails. However, this is not a requirement since you will get thorough introduction and IT training so you know what to look for when searching.
We want you to:
• Study HR or IT and have about two years before graduating.
• Have first-rate networking and communication skills.
• Love the challenge of finding extraordinary talents and turning them into hires.
• Are motivated to work towards set targets.
• Be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A third language is also an advantage.
• Have strong computer skills and a passion for IT.
To be a good match for this position, we also see that you:
• Are capable of processing high volumes of data throughout the day.
• Spread positive energy towards candidates and co-workers.
• Are independent and proactive with high level of initiative.
• Are organized and capable to balance a number of tasks at any time.
