Some of the challenges for Process & Operational Excellence (POE) function in Volvo Car Corporation is:
To be able to manage an increasing business complexity internal, cross functional, cross brand and external in a more effective way.
To provide a single point of accountability within VCC for prioritising and delivering an integrated Business Process Management.
To improve the efficiency, effectiveness and quality in our way of
working.
To connect Process and IT development to create a strong enabler to deliver results.
About the program:
The purpose of the Graduate Program is to recruit key talent to Volvo Cars POE organisation to secure future competencies. The program aims to provide relevant experience within different business units and at the same time provide relevant training and development activities.
In addition to "on the job training", the program consists of several development modules with the aim to give you a thorough introduction to the company and also to develop your skills and competencies (i.e. Business Acumen, Communication skills, Introduction programs).
You will be hired into your first position in a Central POE Staff
function in Sweden. After approximately one to two years depending on your background, interest and where the company needs you the best, the aim is to give you a position as a Business Analyst within our organisation to support a Business Unit at VCC.
