hela Sverige The purpose of the F2F Coordinator role is to lead and coordinate a team of driven Fundraisers to help them achieve their goals by creating an inspiring environment that encourages individual growth while focusing on clear group-based fundraising targets. Responsibilities
* Support planning and monitoring of the D2D program. Assist in the preparation of quarterly plan for D2D fundraising in cooperation with Field Marketing Manager.
* Prepare weekly and monthly plans and set goals for individual fundraisers to achieve the set targets.
* Conduct performance reviews with fundraisers based on their individual results on a weekly and monthly basis.
* Prepare working schedule on a weekly basis and distribute it to the fundraisers.
* Organize daily team meetings to discuss daily performance, results and goals.
* Recruit donors on a monthly basis alongside the team at the doors and lead from the front.
Work Experience Required
* Minimum 1 year of previous work experience as a Team Leader for D2D fundraising.
