Join our small but growing cinematic department and become a key member of an experienced and energetic team focused on creating top of the line cinematics for an original IP, working closely with both the internal development team as well as multiple AAA outsourcing partners.
As Outsourcing Coordinator your main goal will be to keep track of the external asset production pipeline, making sure that assets are being made on time and within budget. You will work closely with the production team (including Narrative), creating alignment between them and our outsourcing vendors.
Responsibilities
• Support the Cinematics Director and Project Manager with scheduling and tracking internal and external assets
• Ensure work is being approved, completed and delivered on time and to specification
• Review technical requests and assess feasibility of implementation and/or cost impact
• Assist with pipelines and budgeting
Requirements
• Proven work experience from a comparative position in the games or film industry
• Knowledge of post-production techniques, terminology and pipelines
• Well-developed organization and communication skills
• Detail oriented and proactive
• Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
Bonus points
• Highly efficient with PowerPoint, Miro, or other project management software

The studio develops AAA-quality games for PC and console, using the Unreal Engine to power its ambitions of taking multiplayer games to new heights. Our first game, Bloodhunt, was released last year and we are currently working on two proprietary, unannounced projects.
