We are accelerating the journey to make our organization more agile in responding to opportunities and challenges, and an increasing share of our organization have their main belonging to cross-site and/or cross-functional teams which are largely self-organizing, working towards outcome-oriented goals.

To help us ground this transformation and take it to the next level we are now looking for an Organization Coach with a focus in line with our ambitions. We would like you to engage with us during 2022. You will report to the Head of Learning Services but work more extensively with the different team set-ups to help them achieve their objectives. You already have an idea on how practically to carry out this mission and after spending some time to understand our organization you will independently plan and execute in close co-ordination with the different stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Validate/adjust the first iteration of organizational set-up (mix of functional, cross-functional, functional cross-site as well as self-organizing vs leader-led)
• Guide teams to help them stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure the team goals are being met
• Provide individual coaching as needed
• Help create/curate and lead training and coaching program
• Evaluate and propose next steps in the transition

Key Qualifications:

• Personal experience of running agile projects of varying size and complexity
• Experience as an organizational coach with focus on agile, scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe) and self-organizing teams
• Experience on cross-functional team efforts involving all functions of an organization such as development, marketing, sales, delivery, etc
• Experience of implementation projects in companies encompassing different cultures and geographies
• Ability to link organizational efforts to business goals and adjust the set-up accordingly
• Strong leader, educator, and coach
• An excellent communicator and motivator

Qualifications:

• Previously worked in a big company, preferably matrix
• Experience from handling organizational development
• Relevant educational background
