Are you ready to be the voice of the customer and manage the information flow impacting our distribution center? We are seeking a dedicated Order Specialist to ensure efficient order execution and customer satisfaction from clean orders to delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee order execution from sales order to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction
Act as the primary contact for Customer Care Center (CCC) for outgoing flows and customers for incoming flows
Manage Open Order Portfolio, proactively ensuring a high service level and resolving errors and delays
Handle urgencies, critical requests, and provide special attention to VIP customer orders
Manage customer complaints, prevent escalations, and handle timely resolutions
Participate in customer visits to understand logistics solution needs and expectations
Build, update, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) with CCC and customers
Manage returns and raise Master Data requests if required
Lead the Allocation Management process and ensure synchronization with SIOP leaders
Oversee export management, including customs documentation and export control operations
Monitor Performance KPIs, perform root cause analysis, and actively participate in improvement projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
Proven experience in order management or supply chain operations
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle urgencies and critical requests effectively
Experience with export management and customs regulations is a plus
Proficiency in data analysis and root cause analysis
