Being an Operator you like to interact with shipping companies all over the world who are engaged in the global oil market. As an Operator, you are the hub of the logistic operation and daily planning of our fleet of supply tankers. The ability to make decisions under pressure as well as demonstrate excellent reasoning and analytical skills is crucial for this position.
The interface you will work with are mainly shipping companies, shipping agents, Captains and Chief Engineers onboard our customers vessels. Your primary focus will be on optimizing our most important asset, our fleet of supply tankers. In addition you will closely collaborate with our team of Traders to find the very best solution for each of our costumer's needs. With the 24/7 global scope of our business your work will sometimes take place outside Swedish regular office hours. Even though our most interaction takes place from our office, we believe you have a passion for meeting and supporting our customers on site when required. This means that you sometimes travel to meet with customers. You will report to Commercial Manager Operations & Supply.

Who are you?
We believe that you have a burning passion for ship operation and logistics and that you see a future within our business. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and has great skills within logistics and operation. You are very thorough and pay attention to details, but you are also flexible and proactive thinker and work in a non-prestigious way. You are ambitious and have a strong will to succeed combined with a good sense of judgement. You possess great social skills and knows how to best communicate with colleagues, clients and other stake holders for the very best result. You have a relevant university degree and probably a few years of documented experience within shipping and logistics. Proficiency in Swedish and English is a requirement.
