hela Sverige Hyper Island B2B Europe is looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Team Lead to join our dynamic organisation. You will play a crucial role in overseeing day-today operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and that we have the right procedures in place for us to support our clients and learners in the best possible way. The role is located in Stockholm and is a 15-month parental cover.
Hyper Island B2B partners with organisations, teams, and individuals, throughout Europe, that want to grow and develop their human performance in a digital world. As Operations Team Lead you will be a part of the European B2B leadership team and play an instrumental role in increasing HI impact for European learners and change makers.
We believe that you have 5+ years of experience in project or operations management, as well as experience in managing people in a leadership role. It is a benefit if you have expertise and passion for education in a business context and understanding of how digital is impacting organisations.

As Operations Team Lead you will be...
• Leading and managing a team of three amazing project managers to ensure that our operations and client projects are executed efficiently and effectively
• Responsible for gathering, analysing and presenting data to key stakeholders within the organisation
• Communicating regularly with other departments and senior management to ensure that the operations team is aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Formalising and following up on ways-of-working for the European team
• Developing and aiming for efficiency, profitability and balance in our team and projects through tools, processes and ways of working
We believe the right candidate has
• Experience in leading and managing teams in an operations setting
• Experience in developing and managing processes and ways of working in fast moving/agile environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience in working in excel/google sheets on a regular basis
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication (Swedish & English) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organisation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Terms
You will report to the Head of Learning Development of Hyper Island B2B Europe
Start: May 2023 or upon agreement
Terms: Fixed 15 month contract (parental leave cover), for the right candidate with a good chance of staying at Hyper Island in another role after the end of the contract.
Location: Stockholm, hybrid Remote (working from the Stockholm Office at least 1/day week).
