The Operations Project Lead is responsible for ECAPS contract fulfillment activities. The function covers planning, monitoring and controlling of the company's thruster manufacturing and propulsion system integration. The task is to define and establish a planning-view portfolio including material sourcing, document and lead the actual use of it and incorporate a monitoring feed-back loop for decision and control. Governing input is project schedules and invoicing milestones. The work will be done in close co-operation with the Site Director and involve motivating and tasking of colleges. The goal is to operate from an order-to-delivery workflow for recurrent products, using the company's ERP-system as backbone tool. The Operations Project Lead will also contribute to the documentation of processes and to interface with customers regarding product deliveries and documentation packages.

ECAPS is positioned to grow. Regardless, whether the increased product deliveries come from subsystems or separate thrusters, the need for operational excellence will increase. We are looking for someone with extensive experience from the space industry, especially from the "new-space" field. The Operations Project Lead must not only be able to understand and consolidate the whole chain from order intake to product delivery, but should also contribute to enforce ECAPS culture as a reliable supplier to the satellite market.

To succeed in the position, you will need:

• MSc level education in the fields of Engineering
• Documented Project Management expertise
• Minimum 8 years of technical experience from the space industry
• Knowledge from Space Project process and milestones
• Understanding of ECSS
• Experience in audits, reviews and data pack generation
• High degree of integrity, self-motivated

Varaktighet, arbetstid
Six months trial period, followed by permanent employment.
