WORK TASKS

About the role As the operations manager, you will:
• Be instrumental in building up the operations, creating structure and content.
• Lead and develop the operations once we are up and running.
• Build and maintain relationships with startups, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Build the incubator program and make it happen.
• Identify and create synergies within the start-up ecosystem.
• Inspire and motivate the team, creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Contribute with your experience and knowledge in entrepreneurship to support our startups.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a visionary and goal-oriented leader.
• Has a strong ability to build and nurture relationships.
• Has strategic insight and capability, and can create and implement a concept from idea to reality.
• Has extensive experience in entrepreneurship and business development.
• Has a good understanding of the startup environment and its stakeholders.
• Is interested in new solutions to challenges in and around the home.
• Is an innovative and creative problem solver.
• Is fluent in in English and Swedish.
