• Assist Office and Showroom Coordinator with day-to-day needs
• Order and organize buying of everyday consumables, grocery and snacks to the kitchen
• Making sure that the kitchen meets the employee's needs (for example make sure coffee, fruit and snacks are available during office hours)
• Operating and organizing kitchen and meeting events
• Assisting Office and Showroom Coordinator with other events located outside the office
• Structuring antique books bought for the Office and for the Stores
• Supporting the front desk when needed

We are looking for a service minded, energetic Office Assistant to our headquarters in Stockholm. Your main focus will be assisting the Office and Showroom Coordinator with everyday work tasks. As Office Assistant you will ensure that the offices, mainly the kitchen at our headquarters as well as our extended office are well equipped, pleasant, and a welcoming place that serves its purpose well.
The work environment at Acne Studios is fast-paced and energetic, no day is ever the same.
Key competencies needed
• Some experience from work in restaurant/café and an interest in food
• Good computer skills, strong Excel knowledge. Photoshop skills are meriting.
• Fluency in Swedish and English. Experienced in communicating/ working in English as this is the Company 's official language.
• Service minded, punctual and initiative taking
• An action orientated attitude and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to multi-task, attention to details and prioritization skills
• A strong self-drive and a social and outgoing personality, with a prestige less, positive and a professional attitude
