Hem is now seeking an office manager and accounting assistant to our office and showroom in Stockholm. This is a half-time position (50%) with the possibility of a full-time employment.
Hem is a young and growing start-up, and the role may differ from day to day. You will wear many hats where the main tasks include accounting support, HR support and general office management responsibilities. You have good attention to detail, possess good people skills and are comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
This position will report to our Finance Manager.
Your responsibilities
• Supplier database management, including filing of invoices and setting up payments in our business system.
• Customer database management, including correspondence with the Customer Relations Team regarding customer payments and other accounting requests.
• Documenting, filing and management of company documents both online and offline.
• Day to day bank transaction updates and log the transaction in our ERP system.
• Be the main go-to for all office-related needs, including ordering of office supplies, day to day team expenses
• Responsible for the team and company business card expenses
• Organisation of internal and external office events, team trips, meetings and outings
• Tend to our showroom to make sure it's representative and welcoming
Qualifications
• 1 to 2 years of previous experience in office management/ executive assistant or other similar roles
• You have good attention to detail. Being right the first time matters to us
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
• You have very strong organizational skills and excel at following through on tasks
• You work well in fast paced dynamic environment, it's an advantage if you have worked in a startup before
• You are a self-starter who can can work independently
• You are doer and a quick learner with a " can do" attitude
• Fluent in English
• Swedish fluency is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage
• Energetic and empathetic
