On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a professional and highly service-minded Office Assistant. The position is a part time assignment, 20 h per week.

The assignment will start in mid-august and run initially for 6 months. For the right person, there is a good chance of extended assignment, or employment directly at our client.

Our client is a leading international consultancy with a strong focus within HR. Their local office is centrally positioned in Gothenburg.

Beskrivning av tjänsten

As an assistant, you will work closely with the consultants you support, helping to deliver a high quality service to clients during the administration of assignments and helping to promote and exploit business development opportunities. Both clients and candidates warrant a consistently high level of service and responsiveness. Inevitably, workloads can vary over time and between consultants.

Your key responsibilities will include general administration, such as sorting the post, answer and filtering telephone calls, arrange travel itineraries, coordinate meetings, prepare mailing lists, and prepare and coordinate presentational documents. You will also handle parts of the assignment administration, handle candidate and client enquiries, ensuring prompt response by the appropriate personnel, and schedule candidate meetings. Also, you will contribute to keeping records and computer systems correct and up-to-date.

In order to be successful in this position, we believe you are a well-organized person of high integrity, with excellent administrative skills and the ability to work well under deadlines. You have great drive and motivation, with an eye for details. Furthermore, you know how to prioritize your tasks, and have excellent skills in managing multiple projects.

An academic degree is meritorious but not an absolute requirement, your skills and personal attributes will be critical in the selection process. You do however have excellent communication skills, oral, written and listening, and of course great computer skills. You consider yourself fluent in (Business) English. You also need to be fluent in Swedish, written and spoken.
