Responsibilities of the Office Administrator Working with a small team of 5 staff, the ideal candidate for this role will have worked in an international business environment and have excellent interpersonal skills, experience of dealing with customer queries, managing monthly accounts, organising events, and be proficient in English and Swedish. Internal / External Customer Support . Act as first point of contact for internal queries . Attend to external queries from Swedish and other Nordic companies interested in buying from Ireland, and from other relevant trade and government organisations . Respond to information requests from clients (i.e. Irish exporting companies) under the direction of the manager . Support the local team with trade missions and event management (trade exhibitions, conferences, site visits etc.) across the Nordic region. Office Administration . Setting up and maintenance of new and existing creditor accounts including invoice recording, resolving invoice queries and organising payment . Maintenance and management of supplier accounts including invoice generation, account reconciliation and processing of payments . Annual budget and cash flow control . Recording and tracking employee leave . Ensure general smooth running of the office.

Essential Skills Required .
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in an international environment . Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English and Swedish . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills . Strong administration and budget management skills . Customer service experience . Event management experience . Proficiency in MS Office . Experience of working at a trade promotion organisation (e.g. Commercial Section of an embassy) . Fluency in a second Nordic language . Experience of using Oracle . Have a business-related third-level qualification.
